How do I contact you?

What are your work details?

I work fully remotely for all my clients. My working hours are from 12:00pm – 5:00pm MST, Monday – Friday.

What kinds of cases do you do?

I can work on any case! From medical malpractice, to personal injury, I have worked with various clients on all kinds of cases ranging from simple to very complex.

Do you have an exhibit minimum per case?

I can help you with any case, large or small! I have worked with clients ranging from those who only needed a few exhibits, to those who needed hundreds of slides and foam boards for their opening, closing, examinations, witness testimony, and more!

What are your payment details?

Unless otherwise discussed, I charge a flat fee that includes any and all work your case needs, half upfront and half upon the conclusion of your case. The fee amount depends on the size and complexity of your case and will be discussed during your consultation. I accept payment via check or digital payment via PayPal or Zelle.

What do you charge?

I charge a set fee based on the complexity and scope of the project, we will discuss the fee amount during your consultation.

How do we collaborate?

We will collaborate via Zoom and email primarily. I may be reached anytime via email at contact@onpointdesignsllc.com.

Do you make revisions?

I can make any changes you need for the duration of your case. Physical Visual Exhibits, however, cannot be changed once they have been printed without additional printing costs.

Can I have my exhibits printed?

Yes you can! I work with a 3rd party vendor to have your exhibits printed on foam boards and shipped to your chosen address. (size, shipping speed, cost, etc. will be discussed prior to printing. Does not include an easel.)

How do I use .PPTX files in PowerPoint?

Animated Visual Exhibits include .PPTX files of your exhibits, here is how to easily insert them into your presentations.

  1. Open the .PPTX file in PowerPoint
  2. Right-click on a slide from the panel on the left, and select “Copy”
  3. In your own presentation, right-click where you want the new slide to go in the list of slides and select “Keep Source Formatting”
