FAQ

What do you charge?

I charge $100 per-exhibit, with a case minimum of 10 exhibits.
Payment of the case minimum is due once work begins on your case.
Payment of any outstanding exhibits is due every 2 weeks thereafter.

I accept payment via check or digital payment via PayPal or Zelle.

What do you consider an “Exhibit”?

An “Exhibit” is a digital file created by On Point Designs to present an idea, concept, or piece of evidence. An exhibit may be used in various ways, including but not limited to:
• Used as a slide in a PowerPoint presentation.
• Printed onto a foam board or other physical object.

On Point Designs will at its sole discretion determine whether something qualifies as an exhibit. In certain cases, multiple similar slides or items may be considered a single exhibit.

We will collaborate via Zoom and email primarily. Once work begins we may also exchange cell phone numbers for faster communication if you prefer. I may be reached anytime via email at contact@onpointdesignsllc.com.

Do you make revisions?

I can make any changes you need! All exhibits come with unlimited revisions. Revisions that require reprinting, shipping, or other expenses may incur additional costs. On Point Designs will at its sole discretion determine if specific revisions qualify as a new exhibit.

Can I have my exhibits printed?

Yes you can! I work with a 3rd party vendor to have your exhibits printed on foam boards and shipped to your chosen address. (size, shipping speed, cost, etc. will be discussed prior to printing. Does not include an easel.)

How do I use the finished presentations?

Each presentation will include a .PPTX file that you can open in PowerPoint, here is how to easily use it during trial.

  1. Open the .PPTX file in PowerPoint.
  2. Click on the “Slide Show” tab at the top.
  3. Click “From Beginning” to play the presentation.
  4. That’s it! Everything should work as intended. If you have a clicker you can now use it to control the presentation as you go. Otherwise the presentation should play itself based on timings we create together during the creation process. Contact me at contact@onpointdesignsllc.com if you have any issues.
